The childcare service cannot be requested by telephone, it has to be made through the application. Requests for the service can be made from 2 weeks to 24 hours before – excluding emergency cases which can be requested 30 minutes in advance. Modifications and cancellations must be made by telephone and as soon as possible.

In addition, to accommodate the urgent cases that can arise, the following system of placements will be used: request with 2 weeks notice, 70% of the places; requests 48 hours before, 20% places, and urgent requests, 10% places.

Those families who have requested the childcare service but do not attend the facility without cancelling the placement beforehand will be penalized. The penalty will consist of their next request being put on the waiting list.
